In order to ensure that your laptop is returned fully tested and working, we need the following items sent with the laptop.
If you have taken up our optional Collection, Packaging & Delivery Service our professional collection staff will ensure that all the relevant parts are present, these will then be logged to ensure we return everything and then pack the unit to ensure its safety. The laptop will be at TestLink the next working day where we will send a confirmation email or SMS to confirm we have received the item.
Unlike other support organisations we deal professionally with valuable products that have potentially sensitive information stored on them, and therefore any item collected or returned will not go through a general-purpose sorting depot where damage and loss can occur; our service ensures that the appropriate security care is taken to customer's property and their data.
To ensure your security all our collection staff carry ID.
Once the item is repaired we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and our dedicated delivery staff will return your repaired and valeted laptop back to you
